1. Products & Descriptions
- We take care to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to your device screen settings and photography lighting.
- All products are described in good faith. If you receive something materially different from the description, please contact us immediately.
- Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
2. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.
- KREOVA reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.
3. Order Acceptance
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. KREOVA reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its discretion, including cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Order confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship pan-India via Shiprocket partner couriers. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.
- Free shipping applies on orders above ₹499. Delivery charges for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout.
- KREOVA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All product images, brand assets, logos, and website content are the property of KREOVA. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
