Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love every KREOVA piece you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it easy for you.
Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags must be intact and attached.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- WhatsApp us at +91 90996 20384 or email us with your order number and clear photos of the item.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Refund Process
- Original payment method: Refunds are processed to your original payment mode (card, UPI, net banking) within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Store credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead, which is processed faster.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges subject to availability. Please contact us on WhatsApp to check availability before initiating a return.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
